Cancellation Policy
We will take every reasonable step to prevent having to cancel. However if we have to cancel for reasons such as extreme weather conditions we will let you know as soon as possible and re-schedule you another time. If you have to cancel please give more than 24 hours notice and we will seek to provide you with another time slot. Cancelations within 24 hours of your booked time, early departures or no shows will not be refunded. If you’re late, you still have to vacate the field before the end of your booked time slot.
